There’s a point in every relationship where you realize you can’t keep having the same conversations, feeling the same frustrations, or carrying the same quiet disappointments.

You want closeness, but it keeps slipping through your fingers. You want to be heard, but you don’t know how to say it anymore.

When something needs to change - and you can’t wait months to start

You want to fix this, but you’re exhausted from trying.

And the truth is - you don’t want to wait six months for a therapy slot or spend weeks combing through books and podcasts hoping something clicks.

You’re willing to try new approaches, even if your partner isn’t yet on board. You want someone who can step into your story now. Someone who can listen without judgment, name what’s really going on, and hand you the tools to start changing things today.

That’s exactly what private coaching with Dr. Tracy is for.

These sessions (either one-on-one or with you and your partner) are not about theory, platitudes, or generic advice. They’re about understanding the root of your challenges and creating a clear, actionable plan to shift them.

Coaching that meets you exactly where you are

You’ll leave each session knowing exactly what to focus on next - and how to do it in a way that works in the reality of your life.

Whether you Are:

Feeling more like roommates than partners

Stuck in a cycle of miscommunication or emotional disconnection

Navigating a high-stress season like parenting young kids, moving, job changes, or loss

Carrying resentment that’s quietly eroding your bond

Unsure how to move forward when your partner won’t engage in the work

“I'm so grateful for the coaching call. Dr. Tracy was thorough and made sure that I came away with practical, actionable steps for all my three main pain points, like how to de-escalate an emotional situation, advocate for myself, and maintain healthy boundaries. I was allowed to practice new ways of communication through quick role play examples, which really helped me become more comfortable using the tools she taught me.”

"So much info was packed in a small window of time, it was immensely valuable and I’m so glad I took this opportunity to speak with her."

Unpack what’s happening:

I’ve spent nearly 20 years sitting across from people who thought their relationship was too far gone to save. Couples who could barely make eye contact. Partners who were carrying years of unspoken resentment. Individuals who felt like they were doing the work alone.

And time after time, I’ve watched the smallest, most intentional shifts open doors they thought were permanently shut.

About Dr. Tracy

I also know that waiting until you’re “ready” or until your partner is “on board” often means waiting too long.

My work has been featured in TIME, Forbes, NBC, and more - but what matters most to me isn’t where I’ve been quoted. It’s the real stories of people who’ve taken the tools I’ve shared and finally felt heard, seen, and connected again.

When we work together, you’re not getting a surface-level pep talk. You’re getting someone who knows how to see past the noise, name the real problem, and give you a plan that works in your real life.

I know how lonely it can feel to keep trying when nothing seems to work.

There’s a quiet shift that happens before the “big problems” show up.

You stop laughing as much. You start avoiding certain topics because you already know how the conversation will end. You catch yourself wondering if this distance is just how it’s going to be now.

The truth is, those moments matter. They are the cracks that, if left alone, grow into walls.

And while you might feel tired or discouraged, it’s not too late to change how this story goes. You don’t have to burn it all down to build something better. You just need to start, now, before the distance becomes your new normal.

The moment you know something has to change

This service is not designed for:

Couples in abusive or unsafe situations (please seek specialized help)

Those looking for ongoing weekly therapy (coaching is short-term and results-focused)

Those looking for ongoing weekly therapy (coaching is short-term and results-focused)

Private coaching is for you if:

You want to take action now, not someday

You’re open to reflecting on your own role in the relationship dynamic

You’re willing to try new approaches, even if your partner isn’t yet on board

You want professional, personalized guidance without committing to a long-term therapy process

Disconnection becomes the new normal.
Resentment builds.
And the distance between you grows harder to close.

Change doesn’t require a crisis. It requires a decision. And the sooner you make it, the easier it is to turn things around.

Why act now?

The longer you stay in the same patterns, the more they set in.

Because of the depth of work involved, Dr. Tracy takes on only a limited number of coaching clients each month. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and spots fill quickly.

Why private coaching is different

Private coaching cuts through both.

When you’re in the middle of relationship stress, it’s easy to get stuck in two extremes - doing nothing because you’re overwhelmed, or trying a bunch of scattered advice that doesn’t stick.

No waiting for a long intake process. No cookie-cutter scripts. Just clarity, direction, and a plan you can use right away.

This isn’t therapy with a six-month waitlist. It’s not a course you have to work through on your own. It’s a direct line to someone who will meet you exactly where you are - without judgment, without pressure, and without wasting time.

You’ll have one focused hour dedicated to you, your relationship, and the exact changes that will move you forward.
