Refund Policy

This page informs you of our policies regarding refunds of products and services purchased from Be Connected.

Membership

We offer a no hassle cancellation of your membership. We are sorry to see you go. Note that payment is always in advance not in arrears. So for example, the initial payment of a monthly subscription represents payment for the first month of access to the product or service commencing on the day the payment was made. No refunds will be made after the date of payment. Therefore, we will not refund payments made after the issue date.

Payment Plans

Where products or services are offered on a payment plan, the overall cost is split into a fixed schedule of smaller payments which are collected at regular intervals until all of the payments have been made.

For the purposes of refunds, the 30-day unconditional guarantee is considered to start from the date of the first payment, not of any subsequent payment.

Please note that Dr.Tracy Dalgleish reserves the right to offer payment plans whose price after all instalments have completed is higher than the equivalent single payment for the same product or service.

Recurring Payment Plans (IMPORTANT)

Where a product or service has been purchased on a subscription or payment plan basis using Stripe, it is not possible for us to cancel future payments on your behalf. You will need to do this manually after you have notified of your cancellation.
