Anxiety. So many of us experience anxiety – an emotion that is normal and part of the human experience. Despite it being a normal emotion, many clients show up in the therapy office wanting to get rid of it. It is one of the most common presentations. “Its too hard to cope with,” is often said. Or, it has taken over their lives and impacted their ability to live the life they want. They have stopped going out to the grocery store. They have stopped seeing friends. They can’t complete what they want to do each day because they are stuck in worries and fears.
Can you get rid of anxiety?
