    Dr D – I loved the podcast. I know I will listen to it again, but I would love a podcast in the future on how to deal/accept when you did have a non-negotiable in place and it was broken by the other person. I left the friendship because of it but I feel so haunted by it all even months later. I feel guilty sometimes even though it was the right thing to do, and I doubt myself. Why do we do that? Argh. I miss this person but given what happened, I can’t be around him. It isn’t right for me to do that to myself. Is this guilt or ambivalence or questioning normal for managing feelings after boundaries?
